The problem

Where business data really leaks

Most breaches are not movie-style hacks. They are everyday actions by people and systems nobody is watching.

Files walking out the door

Source code, client records and finance files sent through WhatsApp Web, personal email, cloud drives and remote-access tools.

Pen drives & unknown software

Anyone can plug in a USB drive or install an unvetted app on an office PC, and IT never finds out.

Risky websites

Time-wasting and dangerous sites on company machines create both productivity and malware exposure.

Shared passwords

Server, database and mailbox passwords pasted into chats and sticky notes, and never revoked when staff leave.

Unsecured chat

Internal discussions and files on consumer apps that the company cannot audit or control.

Exposed servers

Production servers reached with shared logins, with no record of who ran what and when.

The platform

One connected security platform

Agents and apps on the edge, one secure control plane in the middle, and a single admin console for your team.

Team chat your company controls

A private internal messaging platform with the isolation, device control and audit visibility that consumer chat apps can't offer.

  • Strict company isolation, so people only see their own organisation
  • Drag-and-drop files, shared media and global search
  • Optional two-factor authentication and per-device session revoke
  • Windows, Android, iOS, macOS and web from one codebase

  • Server passwords shared in chats
  • Ex-employees may still hold access
  • Nothing to show an auditor or client

With Cyber Securies

  • Every outbound file and site visit is logged
  • USB and software controlled by policy
  • Passwords stay in the vault and never show
  • Revoke a person in seconds, instantly
  • Searchable audit logs and reports on demand
Security by design

We hold ourselves to the standard we sell

Our own products are built on the same principles we help you apply.

  • Deny by default: access exists only when granted
  • Encryption at rest for secrets; Argon2id password hashing
  • Short-lived tokens with rotation and instant revocation
  • Company data isolation with automated tests
  • Sensitive checks verified live on the server, never cached
  • Every meaningful action written to an audit log

FAQ

Questions we often hear

Will employees notice the agent?

The CS-DLP agent runs quietly as a Windows service. Employees see a clear warning only when they attempt a restricted action, or when an approval prompt is needed.

Can we use products separately?

Yes. CS-DLP, CS-Connect, CS-Workspace and Server Security each work standalone, and they share one philosophy and admin experience when combined.

Can one platform serve several client companies?

Yes. CS-DLP and CS-Connect are multi-tenant: each company has its own admins, policies and data, with strict isolation between them.

Do employees ever see server or database passwords?

No. In CS-Workspace employees see a friendly name. The backend resolves and uses the real encrypted credentials on their behalf.

What happens when a computer is offline?

The agent buffers events locally and syncs when connectivity returns. Policy already downloaded continues to apply.

How do we get started?

Book a demo. We'll scope your environment, run a pilot on a few systems and then roll out at your pace.

Ready to see everything you've been missing?

Talk to our Austin team. We'll walk you through a live demo and map the right product to your environment.
